Use memory games and crossword puzzles to improve what you can remember. If you lose objects, make sure you have only one place to store them. For instance, put your keys in the same place every day to prevent losing them.

Break those chores into smaller pieces if you have a long list of duties. Do one thing at a time and do not let yourself become overwhelmed with future tasks. If necessary, write everything down, so you remember what to do every day.

When it comes to improving memory function, give yourself a routine. When you have a routine and ensure enough sleep, your memory may improve.
