Flat-Fee Pricing For Agreed Or Uncontested Divorce In Texas

The flat fees listed below do not include expenses such as filing fees and court costs. An uncontested or agreed divorce means that ALL issues are either resolved by you and your spouse (or are expected to be resolved) WITHOUT the attorney having to negotiate with the other side or analyze the division of the estate, and WITHOUT the need for mediation or other formal negotiation. It basically means that you and your spouse have already done (or will do) the hard part of negotiating a resolution that you both can accept.
